The shredder will need to be able to shred mixed plastic material (polystyrene and polypropylene) and handle up to 25% by weight small metal pieces. A magnetic metal removal system and input/output material conveyors are also desired.Granulator/GrinderInterested in granulator/grinder/crusher that can process approximately 3.25 tons/hour or a one that can process 1.10 tons/hour for 24 hour continuous operation. The granulator will need to be able to grind shredded mixed plastic material (polystyrene and polypropylene).Elutriation/Fine Removal SystemInterested in an elutriation system that can remove fibers, film, paper, and other fines from plastic flake stream. System must be able to process either 1.10 tons/hour or 3.25 tons/hour.Plastic Separation SystemInterested in a system that can clean and separate PS and PP flake. Hydrocyclone based system preferred. Flake Dewaterer/Dryer (2x)Interested in a plastic flake drying system that can dry 1.6 tons/hour or one that can dry 0.54 tons/hour.Extruder and Pelletizer (2x)Interested in a system that can extrude and pelletize approximately 1.5 tons/hour or one that can process 0.5 tons/hours for 24 hour continuous operation.
