USE: DATA TRANSMISSION (IP TELEPHONY, SIGNAL TV BROADBAND)Quantity: 350.000 meter per monthRequirements: STANDARDS STCE IPS SP 001, TELCORDIA GR 1398, ASTMCharacteristecis: - For the cables fabrications it is required only VIRGIN materials (not recycled)- The cables must allow the transmissions of signals between a broadband of 5MHz to 1 GHz as minimum- An unique internal conductor cover with a layer of flexible dialectric material of low loss which is surrounded by a foil of metallic outer conductor,continuos, solid, and by a conductive mesh which completely covers the set.- The cables must be suitable to be installed in air form and in ocassions in pipelines- Central conductor: solid wire of steel covered with copper. Its electrical conductivity must be greater or equal to 21%. Nominal diameter: 1.020mm- Dialectric: the dialectric material must allow a minimum speed of propagation of 85%. Maximum thickness: 0.180 inches- First outer conductor: must comply with the standards STCE IPS SP 001, TELCORDIA GR 1398, and the aluminum must be of high purity, smooth wall (not corrugated).The aluminuum foil must offer electrical continuity throughout the cableMaximum thicknes: 0.0032 inches.
